27 Life Changing Winston Churchill Quotes

Winston Churchill giving peace sign.

Sir Winston Churchill was a famous British politician who was Born on November 30th 1874 in Woodstock, England. He spent some time in Dublin and eventually returning to England to attend school.

School was never a strong point for Churchill so he enrolled in the Royal Military College. After graduation he joined the British Prime Calvary. During his time in the Military he was always traveling and documenting his experiences. Eventually getting married and having 5 children. This is when he started to make a powerful impact in his political career.

When Neville Chamberlain resigned in 1940 during the second World War, Churchill took his place as Prime Minister of England. It was believed that he was part of the reason for the defeat of Hitler.

Upon his death in January 1965 at age 90 Churchill legacy still carries on. In 2002, Winston Churchill was named the Greatest Briton of All Time in a poll conducted by the BBC.

Luckily for us his great leadership and speeches still stand with us and work every day to inspire the world.
